DNA Labs International | Deerfield Beach

DNA Labs International inked a 25,000-square-foot lease expansion and relocation at Hillsboro Center at 700 West Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach. The private forensic DNA lab is leasing the entire Building 3 at the office park for its headquarters.

JLL’s Ryan Nunes represented DNA Labs International, and Joe Freitas and John Criddle of Cushman & Wakefield represented Grover Corlew, the owner of Hillsboro Center.

Concurrent Group | Opa-locka

Concurrent Group LLC, a telecommunications and power delivery contractor, leased 8.4 acres in the Gratigny Industrial Park at 3705 Northwest 123rd Street in Opa-locka. The yard can fit nearly 200 trailers.

Edward Easton of The Easton Group represented Concurrent Group. Brian Smith at JLL and Bob Comunale of Industrial Group Realty represented the landlord, CenterPoint Properties.

Amped Fitness | Pembroke Pines

Amped Fitness secured a 44,180-square-foot space at 8333 Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines. Bob Sherman of Ross Realty Investments represented the property owner, while Charles Silver with Big Box Broker LLC represented the tenant.

Vitas Healthcare Corporation of Florida | Boynton Beach

Vitas Healthcare Corporation of Florida signed a six-year, 16,648-square-foot lease renewal and expansion of an additional 8,686 square feet at Woolbright Corporate Center, at 1901 South Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach.

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International’s Brian Batchelder and Joseph P. Byrnes represented the landlord, Congress Properties & Investments LLC, and Andrew Pearl of Investments Management Associates Inc. represented Vitas Healthcare.

Future Tech Enterprise | Fort Lauderdale

Future Tech Enterprise Inc. secured a 5,000-square-foot lease for the top floor at Broward Financial Centre at 500 East Broward Boulevard. The Fort Lauderdale location will be the Holbrook, New York-based company’s “executive headquarters,” a spokesperson said.

Century Health and Life | Boca Raton

Century Health and Life relocated to Boca Raton from Fort Lauderdale after signing a long-term office lease for 6,389 square feet at 3020 North Military Trail. Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Palm Beach County’s Michael Feuerman, Brian Batchelder and Daniel Silver represented the landlord, KBW Building LLC.
