Skincare CEO buys lakefront Boca Raton mansion for $5M

Sellers bought the home in 2002 for $3.4M

The CEO of a skincare company bought a lakefront mansion in Boca Raton’s Princeton Estates neighborhood for $5.2 million.

Records show Jonathan Greenhut and his wife, Cecilia, purchased the home at 3612 Northwest 52nd Street from Lawrence and Nancy Reid.

Jonathan Greenhut is the CEO of Farmingdale, New York-based Sheer Science. Greenhut joined Sheer Science in 2015. The company distributes skin care products, including the Plexaderm brand. He is also the CEO of True Earth Health Products and Power Swabs, according to his Linkedin profile.

The Reids bought the home in 2002 for $3.4 million, records show. Minor improvements were made to the property, including adding a pool and a tiki hut in 2006.

The 11,349-square-foot mansion was listed in March with an asking price of $6 million. Elliot Koolik with Compass represented the sellers.

According to Palm Beach County property records, the mansion has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The two-story home also features two media rooms, two offices and an outdoor living area, according to the listing. The house was built in 1997.

Among other recent sales in Boca Raton, the daughter of the late founders of Haagen-Dazs sold her mansion for $8.7 million; a spec home sold for $12.1 million; and a home in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club sold for $6.1 million.
