Two closings at Fisher Island’s newest condo building led the top condo sales in Miami-Dade County last week.

Condos sold for an average price of about $683,000, up from $543,000.

The top two closings were at Palazzo Della Luna. Unit 6873 sold for $11.5 million, or more than $2,400 per square foot, after 17 days on the market. Dora Puig represented the seller, while Archie Drury represented the buyer.

Elsewhere in the building, unit 6834 sold for $9.9 million, or $2,081 per square foot. Puig also represented the seller, and Sandra Fiorenza was the buyer’s agent. That condo was on the market for 26 days.
