Gio Helou’s dad built a 3,800-square-foot home a decade ago on Newport Beach’s yacht-pocked waterfront. Now the “Selling the OC” star wants to sell it for $15.9 million.

Helou has listed the family retreat at 2218 Channel Road at the end of Balboa Peninsula, the Orange County Register reported.

The listing coincides with another Newport Beach ask by “Selling the OC” boss Jason Oppenheim for nearly $15 million.

It was Helou’s father, developer Carl Helou, who tore down a house a few blocks from the famous Wedge to build the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home in 2013.

Set on less than 0.1 acre, the two-story home looks out onto Newport Bay from floor-to-ceiling windows from its eat-in gourmet kitchen and living room.

A glass wall opens onto a deck with a built-in barbecue, fire pit and ramp down to the private dock that can fit a 35-foot yacht.

“You have a front-row seat to a boat show every weekend because if a boat is going out to the ocean, they have to pass your house,” Helou told the Register. “It’s an endless flurry of beautiful sailboats and magnificent yachts constantly cruising by.”

A balcony runs the length of the top-floor master bedroom, accessible by stairs or elevator. The primary suite includes a bedroom, walk-in closet, lounge and fireplace, bathroom with double vanities, makeup area and an oversized shower.

A rooftop deck has a spa, lounge and 360-degree views of the bay, Corona del Mar and the Pacific Ocean.

Helou shares the listing with Lisa Helou, his mom and fellow agent at The Oppenheim Group, who has appeared in the Netflix series. The home will be featured again in Series 2 of “Selling the OC” — with or without a sale.
