Mexican-led investment group to build Coral Gables tower

A Mexican-led investment group affiliated with the Jose Cuervo Group
will work with Miami developer Eduardo Avila to build a $130 million
project at 396 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables. Construction on the two
office towers, totaling 285,000 square feet, is expected to begin in
February and finish in spring 2010. Coral Gables-based Fullerton Diaz
architects is designing the towers. Commercial real estate firm
Transwestern will be the exclusive leasing agent for the project.
