Investment firm buys 196,615-square-foot portfolio in Miami, Oakland Park

The buyer was represented by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler

NGP Fund V LLC has purchased a 196,615-square-foot portfolio of
properties leased to the United States General Services Administration
for $95.1 million. The firm was represented by the Miami office of
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. The nearly-200,000 square feet is spread out
across three Miami buildings and one in Oakland Park. The buildings are
occupied by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on 15-year leases.
NGP was created specifically to acquire and hold General Services
Administration buildings. [Miami
