Miramar office building trades for $13M
The U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement building in Miramar traded for more than $13 million, The Real Deal has learned.
West ICE, which is tied to San Diego-based Western Devcon, sold the 2805 Southwest 145th Avenue office building in a transaction recorded on Friday, according to Broward County records. The company completed construction of the nearly 36,000-square-foot facility in 2010. The building was constructed to LEED Silver standards.
Miramar GSA ICE of Chicago is the buyer. The company did not obtain financing for the acquisition.
