Fresh from $20 million the sale of a lakefront parcel on the west side of Casa Apava, another two lakeside lots appear poised to trade.

Two months ago, Dwight and Martha Schar got $20 million for their massive ocean-to-lake estate at 1300 South Ocean Boulevard, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. The buyer is said to be Las Vegas resort developer Steve Wynn.

Now it appears that the Schars are selling their other two lakeside lots. Both are under contract, real estate attorney Maura Ziska told the Town Council on behalf of Boca Raton-based luxury home builder Mark Pulte.

However, Ziska clarified that no sale is pending on the beach side of the property, where landmarked Casa Apava sits.

The Town Council recently approved Pulte’s plans for Lot 3, which calls for a 16,447-square-foot house with a lakefront cabana on the 1.2-acre site. None of the properties are publicly listed. [Palm Beach Daily News]Christopher Cameron
