It looks like Dustin Johnson had a legitimate reason for reportedly delisting his Jupiter mansion earlier this month: the suspended golf star already had a deal in place to sell the property, The Real Deal has learned.

Johnson got $5.2 million for the 5299 Pennock Point home on Monday, according to Palm Beach County records. He bought the Loxahatchee River-fronting property for $3.7 million in 2011. The six-bedroom, 12,200-square-foot house was constructed in 2007.
