Quarterback finds buyer for Aventura condo

Quarterback Byron Leftwich sold his Aventura condo for $1 million, The Real Deal has learned.

The former Marshall University star and National Football League first round draft pick paid $638,500 for Unit 2104 at the Peninsula building in July 2009, according to Miami-Dade County records. The 3201 Northeast 183rd Street building was constructed in 2003. Leftwich’s sale of the two-bedroom, 2,984-square-foot unit was recorded on Thursday.

Florida Coast Company LLC of Aventura is the buyer. No financing was recorded.

Leftwich played for five teams during a 10-year NFL career. He last appeared on an NFL roster in 2012.
