Shopping centers, Fort Lauderdale

Two Fort Lauderdale shopping centers sold for $12.4 million, Franklin Street announced. A Toronto-based company bought the 25,678-square-foot shopping center at 4300 North Federal Highway for $6.25 million. Florida-based Gerig Group sold the site to HAZ Real Estate Investment.

Nearby, shops at 2121 North Federal Highway sold to a Fort Lauderdale company for $6.1 million. 2121 Investments sold the 12,300-square-foot strip mall to Boston Trader 2121. Ralph Doering III and Judith Doering are listed as registered agents, according to corporate records.

Greg Matus and Peter Crane of Franklin Street represented the buyers and sellers.

10.35 acre site, Lauderhill

More than 10 acres in Broward sold for $2.5 million to developers planning a 160-unit townhome community. The 10.35-acre infill site was once owned by McArthur Dairy and is at the northwest corner of Sunrise Boulevard and U.S. 441.

Cricket Club Lauderhill principals Alan Benenson and Michael Sher bought the site from Eagle FL I SPE, a Winston-Salem, N.C.-based company.

CBRE’s Scott O’Donnell, Dominic Montazemi, Jason Hochman and Miguel Alcivar arranged the sale, according to a press release.

Medical office towers, Lake Worth

Two six-story medical office towers in Palm Beach sold to KAS Datura, a Coral Gables-based company. CD Parking Inc. sold the 101,136-square-foot site at 2290 and 2328 10th Avenue North in Lake Worth for $8.6 million.

 

Concept 2 Towers are 77 percent leased, according to CBRE. They were built in 1983 and 1986.  O’Donnell, Montazemi Alcivar, and Hochman of CBRE represented the seller.
