The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Last week’s priciest condo sales were concentrated in South Beach, with $13.5 million trading hands for three units, according to data from Condo.com.

Two units at the Continuum South Beach took the week’s top spots, trading for $6.3 million and $4.47 million. Senada Adzem Bernard of Douglas Elliman had the priciest listing, followed by Daniel Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker.

Miami-Dade County saw 180 condo sales last week, totalling $83.1 million. The average sale price was $461,775 per unit and $307 per square foot.
