The Harbour, a planned twin-tower condo project in North Miami Beach, has released updated plans including taller towers and more units.

The project, which The Real Deal first reported in July of last year, was originally made up of two 25-story towers housing 330 luxury units.

A spokesperson from Key International had told TRD in July that the development was subject to change. Now, developers Key International and 13th Floor Investments have expanded the scope of the project. The towers would stretch 32 stories and house 425 residences — a jump from last year’s plans — though they’re keeping the name.

Eighty percent of the units are reserved, and the development will start to convert to contracts this week, according to the developers.

Prices remain in the same range, with units starting at $550,000 — up from $500,000 last year. Residences will range from one to three bedrooms and 1,032 square feet to 2,442 square feet. The project would be located on 4.5 acres at 16385 Biscayne Boulevard.

Amenities include a private club with a water sports activity coordinator, a gym, outdoor sports facilities, an infinity pool and a marina. It is slated to break ground in late 2015. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
