The synagogue inked a seven-year lease for a permanent location in the retail space after having held services at temporary Downtown locations since 2005. The reported asking rent was $100 per square foot. The lease commences Dec. 1, and the house of worship plans to open for services in spring 2010. Gucci is using the space as a pop-up store in the meantime.
