NYC Luxury Tracking Scoreboard: Sales $4 Million and Above February 2-8, 2015

Thirty-two contracts were signed during the first week of February for Manhattan apartments priced $4 million and, setting a record for the same time frame since Olshan began keeping track in 2006. The average asking price was $9.3 million, exceeding the prior week’s average of $6.7 million. Six co-ops went into contract with an average asking rent of $8.3 million. Co-ops accounted for 20 signed contracts, with an average asking price of $9 million. Townhouse had an average asking rent of $11.4 million, with six contracts signed during the week.
