The average price for a Queens apartment remained largely steady in February. Rental prices fell 0.69 percent to $2,089 in February compared to the previous month. Inventory was up 12.8 percent over the month to 834 rental units in February. The borough’s largest price increase was for one-bedroom apartments in Ridgewood. Prices in the neighborhood were up 7.3 percent. The largest decrease was seen in Rego Park, where costs for a studio apartments were down 12.5 percent from January. View the full report online here.
