ABS Partners Real Estate is a brokerage, consultancy, and property management firm, founded in 2000 by ex-Helmsley-Spear executive Earle S. Altman, along with Peter Burack, Gregg Schenker, and Steven Hornstock. The ABS stands for Altman, Burack, and Schenker. ABSs founding partners had worked at Helmsley-Spear, a real estate firm founded by the late tycoon Harry B. Helmsley and shared Helmsleys philosophy of investing along with their firms clients. ABS is a firm that provides services and does not own any real estate, but its principals make investments with the firms clients. The firms motto is we build partnerships that last, according to Schenker. ABS has offices in Westchester and Connecticut, as well as New York City.
