A&E Real Estate Holdings is a real estate ownership and management firm founded in 2011 and headed by Douglas Eisenberg. Eisenberg was previously with the firm Urban American Management, of which his father, Philip Eisenberg, is CEO.

A&E has quickly become one of the largest multifamily players in New York City, having put together multiple high-profile, nine-digit portfolio deals. In just the firm's first two years, it acquired $433 million in apartment buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Since that time major acquisitions have included a $360 million, Brooklyn-centric portfolio purchase of 32 apartment buildings from the Dermot Company in February 2015. A&E has about $2 billion in real estate assets and owns around 100 buildings citywide. In December 2015, A&E acquired the storied Harlem affordable-housing complex known as the Riverton Houses, where Larry Gluck's Stellar Management defaulted on its $225 million mortgage after acquiring the buildings in 2005. A&E is known to partner in deals with asset management firm AllianceBernstein.
