Alexico Group is a New York-based luxury condominium and hotel developer, best known for the Herzog & de Meuron-designed tower at 56 Leonard Street, 165 Charles Street by Richard Meier and The Mark Hotel by Jacques Grange. Like many firms, Alexico ran into trouble in the financial crisis, losing two of its buildings (Flatotel and Alex Hotel) in 2012.
