Bizzi & Partners Development is a global real estate firm founded in 2000 by Italian developer Davide Bizzi. The firm focuses on developing high-end commercial and residential properties in Europe (it has offices in Italy and Estonia), the United States and Brazil. Bizzi has targeted several properties in Downtown Manhattan for redevelopment, including the Leonard, a 2013 66-residence condo conversion in Tribeca that has seen some of the highest rent prices in that neighborhood. Bizzi has also gotten into hotels, helping to close the transaction on the Setai hotel at 400 Fifth Avenue, which in 2013 it helped relaunch as Langham Place. More recently, Bizzi has helped secure a $320 million construction loan to develop a new luxury condo tower on Broome Street in SoHo, which the firm hopes to finish by 2018. It has also been involved in smaller condo projects in Miami Beach and other U.S. cities.
