Bond New York is a residential real estate brokerage in New York City. It was founded in 2000 by high school friends Bruno Ricciotti and Noah Freedman, who were brokers at Citi Habitats. The brokerage originally worked mostly in high-end rentals, especially in downtown Manhattan, but it opened a sales division in 2005. -TA
