    Centurion Realty is a Queens-based family-owned real estate management and development firm that focuses on acquisitions worth up to $500 million. Centurions portfolio includes retail centers, office buildings, and mixed-use properties. Centurion has made a major push to purchase several retail locations in Soho, in 2011 taking on the Apple store renovation at 72 Greene Street for $75 million and in 2013 buying office and retail space at 415 West Broadway. It also partnered with Imperium and Crown Acquisitions to buy a mixed-use building at 120 Prince Street for $20 million later that year. In recent years Centurion has focused on expanding further by acquiring retail property along the East Coast and in the Midwest, as well as adding to its office space portfolio in the New York Tri-State Area. In 2015 Centurion affiliate CJL Wynwood purchased two parcels in Miami for $12 million, and it has helped develop the Seaview Square Shopping Center in New Jerseys Ocean Township.
