The Children's Investment Fund (TCI or TCI Fund Management Ltd.) is a United Kingdom-based hedge fund founded in 2003 by Christopher Hohn, that has financed several large development projects in New York City following the 2008 recession. The firm has offices in London and New York. The loans are often provided under an affiliated subsidiary, Talos Capital, which is based in Dublin, Ireland.

The fund was originally contractually obligated to provide money to The Children's Investment Fund Foundation. However, since 2014, the hedge fund is no longer contractually obligated to contribute, but it may still contribute on a discretionary basis.

The fund has provided loans to projects such as Macklowe Properties and CIM Group's condominium redevelopment 737 Park Avenue, and Related Companies and Oxford Property Group's 15 Hudson Yards.
