Colliers International is an international commercial real estate firm with 485 offices in 62 countries and with over 15,000 employees currently employed. Colliers was founded in Australia in 1976 by Robert McCuaig, Bill McHarg and George Duncan. Its global president and CEO is Jay Hennick. In 2013, Colliers posted revenues of $2.1 billion, a total transaction value of $75 billion, and was managing over 1.46 billion square feet of real estate.

In New York, when Colliers ABR severed its ties with the Colliers brand, it merged with several other former Colliers affiliates, and became known as Cassidy Turley. Because Cassidy Turley still had rights to the Colliers name when FirstServices deal with GVA Williams was complete, GVA was temporarily rebranded as Williams Real Estate, a FirstService Company. In March 2010, Williams assumed its new name: Colliers Tri-State International.

Colliers Internationals global headquarters is in Toronto, Ontario, but its New York headquarters is located at 666 Fifth Avenue, having moved there from 320 Madison in 2008.
