CORE Group is a full-service brokerage specializing in marketing new boutique residential developments in New York City. Since its founding in 2005, it has introduced more than 25 properties to the market, selling more than $1 billion in housing.

These properties, most of them new condos, have included 141 Fifth Avenue, 93 Worth Street, One Museum Mile, 520 West Chelsea, 40 Bond and the Onyx Chelsea. A CORE development sells out in 15 months on average, according to the firm. CORE had more than 60 brokers and a management team of around 18 as of spring 2014.

Jack Cayre, son of real estate and music mogul Joseph Cayre, and Shaun Osher, a downtown Manhattan broker since 1994, started the company. Osher is its CEO. Cayre continues to work as a developer through his familys firm. In 2010, CORE signed on as one of the brokerages featured in HGTVs Selling New York.
