Estreich & Company is a real estate financing and advisory company. Founded in 1986 by Jonathan Estreich after leaving National Westminster Bank, Estreich & Company is focused on cost-effectiveness and timely execution in deals. The firm has executed more than 2,000 transactions in commercial real estate financing, as well as multifamily portfolios, retail development, construction loans, and land acquisition. The firm also has completed several deals involving shopping centers. Among the most high-profile deals are financing for the Empire State Building and Willis Tower (formerly known as the Sears Tower). In 2012 the firm joined with Ashworth Mortgage and created Capital Alliance Advisors, which focuses on deals in Boston and the New England region. The firm also partners with RCG Longview Equity Fund (also founded by Estreich) for certain financing that requires mezzanine debt and joint-venture equity, and the two firms have invested nearly $2 billion in their first nine years of partnership.
