F&T Group is a real estate development and management firm. With satellite offices in Shanghai, F&T has made significant investments in China since the 1990s, using partnerships with Shanghai Construction Group and JP Morgan Asset Management to focus on commercial real estate development. Among the properties F&T has worked on in China is the Nanjing World Trade Center. F&T has also tapped the influx of Chinese into Queens and has since been known as one of Flushing’s most active developers. In 2007 F&T completed Queens Crossing, and have been involved in other mixed-use buildings in the borough. The firm also is developing the massive five-acre Flushing Commons project in Queens, a $1 billion mixed-use urban development that is expected to be the largest commercial-condo project in the outer boroughs. In 2015 F&T filed plans for Two Fulton Square, which would include condos, office, retail, and a hotel.
