The portfolio sold in two different transactions: 2331-2349 Frederick Douglass Boulevard sold for $30 million to the partnership of Sigfeld and Kimco Realty Corporation, who plan to demolish the retail stretch to make room for a block-long, four-story office building with ground-floor retail.
