HFF

HFF, or Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, is a NYSE-listed company that provides capital market intermediation and other services to commercial real estate investors. It is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1974, John Fowler and Peter Goedecke established a predecessor of HFF, called Fowler, Goedecke & Co. It merged with a rival, Holliday Fenoglio & Co., in 1998. HFF's services include investment banking and advisory services, investment sales services, loan sales and distressed asset sales, private equity financing, debt placements and commercial loan servicing.

HFF was ranked no. 6 in The Real Deal’s annual investment sales ranking covering 2016.
