HFZ Capital Group

600 Madison Avenue
New York, NY 10022
(212) 300-8000

HFZ Capital Group is a real estate investment and development company focused on Manhattan real estate and formed by Ziel Feldman in 2005. The letters HFZ stand for Feldman's wife's name (Helene) and his own surname and given name. Feldman serves as managing principal of HFZ. The company is currently managing or developing over 3.5 million square feet of Manhattan real estate.

HFZ's condominium and rental portfolio includes 11 Beach Street, One Madison Park, 11 East 68th Street and Halcyon at 305 East 51st Street. One Madison, completed in 2009, is one of the tallest residential towers in Manhattan. In 2013, HFZ bought the iconic, Beaux-Arts-style Chatsworth Apartments at 340 West 72nd Street for $150 million and developed plans to add a penthouse, the design for which was controversial among preservation advocates and members of the surrounding community. Halcyon is a 32-story condominium tower in Midtown East that features a golf room, 50-foot heated pool and private library.
