Holland & Knight is a Tampa-based international law firm with offices in New York. City. The firm was founded in Tampa, Florida in 1968 as amerger between separate firms Knight and Holland. Today, it has approximately 1,000 lawyers in 21 US offices with international offices located in Mexico City, Mexico and Bogata, Columbia.

In real estate, Holland & Knight focuses on areas of law such as land use, zoning, foreclosures, bankruptcies, and other aspects of real estate on behalf of lenders, buyers, developers and other entities. The firm has worked on major New York building acquisitions, such as Chinese company Sunshine Insurance Group in their $230 million buy of the Baccarat Hotel New York from Starwood Capital. Prominent lawyers at the firm include Stuart Saft and Marty Miner. The practice has been recognized by Legal 500 United States, Chambers USA, was ranked eighth nationally by Vault.
