Founded in 1928, Jack Resnick & Sons owns and manages more than 6 million square feet of office & retail space as of early 2015, including 5 million square feet of offices in Midtown and Downtown and another 1.2 million square feet nationwide. The firm has developed thousands of luxury residences. The company has been renovating its portfolio in a drive to improve sustainability, seeking LEED certification and adding features such as smart metering, green roofs, conversions to natural gas and intelligent building management systems.
