Lee & Associates NYC is a commercial real estate brokerage firm, which is an affiliate of the California-based Lee & Associates, founded in 1979 by broker Bill Lee, who died in 2021. The national group has grown to dozens of offices across a dozen states. In Lee & Associates merged with the local brokerage Sierra Realty Corp. The new local firm's commercial brokerage began with 11 brokers, and today has roughly 40 representatives.

Since then, the firm has expanded. In 2014 Lee & Associates NYC added Cogswell Realty into a three-way partnership with Sierra Real Estate (which primarily owned and managed buildings) to handle potential future acquisitions. The deal also granted further investment opportunities for the firm's brokers, which Lee & Associates has always tried to entice with financial incentives, such as signing bonuses and company equity. In 2016 the firm expanded again, opening its first international office, located in Vancouver.

Lee & Associates also was the target of a lawsuit in 2015 by bankrupt grocer A&P, which claimed the broker botched an $11.8 million sale of a number of its stores.
