Leslie J. Garfield & Co. is a full-service real estate firm dedicated primarily to luxury townhouse brokerage. Founded in 1972 by its eponymous owner, the firm is today run by Leslies son Jed Garfield (who bought the firm from his father in 2003) and has made a name for itself as one of the go-to firms for small building and townhouse representation in Manhattan. The firm has also expanded in recent years to tackle townhouse brokerage in Brooklyn and other boroughs. In 2015 the firm also partnered with London-based Beauchamp Estates on international deals, helping London high-net-worth individuals snag residential property in New York City. The goal of the partnership was to make the firm a global player according to one of the firms executives. Leslie J. Garfield & Co. also offers property valuations and coordinates with tax and legal representation to handle trusts and estates.
