    Madison Capital is a real estate investment and management firm in New York, focused principally on acquiring retail and mixed-use properties in New York City and elsewhere in the United States. The company was founded in 2002 by Richard Wagman and J. Joseph Jacobson manages over $2.1 billion of assets.

    Madison Capitals realized real estate investment deals include the 410,000-square-foot 100 Broadway building, which was acquired in 2010 and sold just three years later in 2013.

    In 2008 Madison Capital acquired a series of West Village and Lower East Side multi-family properties and through repositioning was able to sell the entire portfolio in 2012. Current investment projects include the 84,000-square-foot 1880 Broadway and the 50,000-square-foot 655 Broadway, both mixed office and retail properties in Manhattan.  -WP
