MNS is a privately held residential marketing and sales brokerage formed in June 2009 by the merger of the Developers Group and the Real Estate Group of New York. Going by the cumbersome name TDG/TREGNY for two years, it changed its name in spring 2011. The firm is headquartered at 115 East 23rd Street, and is led by CEO Andrew Barrocas and Ryan McCann, the chief of the firms in-house marketing wing; as well as by partners Highlyann Krasnow, Devin Behin and Eric Mann.

MNS originally combined the Developers Groups focus on marketing new-development condos in Brooklyn with the Real Estate Group of New Yorks focus on brokering Manhattan rentals. It has since shifted its focus to mostly marketing new-development condos and rentals, though its approximately 90 brokers may work on apartments as well throughout the city.

The firms most prominent exclusive marketing assignments include One Brooklyn Bridge Park, the Edge, and the rentals at 59 Kent Street in Greenpoint.
