    Parkoff Organization is a Long Island-based real estate acquisition and management company.

    In 2008 Parkoff Organization made headlines for buying a nine-story building across from Rockefeller Center at 7 West 51st Street in an all-cash deal that finalized within 48 hours.

    In 2010 it purchased two properties at 431 and 441 Third Avenue for $22 million, and a year later it bought three adjacent mixed-use buildings in Upper Manhattan for $14 million. In 2012 the firm paid $158 million for a 10-building portfolio spread throughout the city. The portfolio included residential and mixed-use buildings in the West Village, Lower East side, and the Bronx. That year the firm also bought the Clearview Cinemas building on West 23rd Street. In 2015 Parkoff bought the 69,000-square-foot building across from Kaufman Astoria Studios in Queens for $30 million, with plans to redevelop it. The firm also purchased property in Forest Hills, Queens, earlier that year. In 2019 the firm paid $115 million for five multifamily buildings spread across Brooklyn and one in Queens, in one of the biggest portfolio deal in the city that year.

    The Parkoff Organization has nearly 4000 units in New York City, 75% of which are rent-stabilized.
