    Premier Equities is a real estate investment and development firm. The firm was founded by Uzi Ben Abraham and Yaron Jacobi with a focus on undervalued yet inherently opportune properties in New York City. The firm has been moderately active in Upper and Lower Manhattan in recent years. In 2012 Premier Equities purchased the retail condominium at 57-63 Greene Street for $17 million from Aion Partners. In 2015 the firm purchased a three-story building at 260 Bowery for $10 million from Lyco Investment, with plans to build an eight-story luxury condominium on the site. The following year it decided to test out the high-end residential market and put up for sale four buildings on Third Avenue and another on East 75th Street. The deal would also include substantial air rights, and the deal is thought to be a bellwether for similar deals in the citys luxury residential market.
