Rockrose Development is a real estate development and management company in New York. The firm was originally founded by the Elghanayan brothers in 1970, and was focused on brownstone renovation in Greenwich Village. Today the firms activities include new apartment construction, leasing, sales and marketing, large-scale rehabilitation, major office development, and investments and acquisitions. Rockroses investment partners include Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, and other high profile funds and institutions.

Over the last 40 years, Rockrose has acquired, built, or repositioned 3.3 million square feet of office space, 1 million square feet of retail space, and approximately 11,000 residential units in New York and Washington, D.C., with a total approximate value of $6 billion.

In 2009, the company experienced a major split, as former heads and brothers H. Henry Elghanayan, K. Thomas Elghanayan and Frederick Elghanayan divided their holdings between Rockrose (which Henry Elghanayan continues to head) and TF Cornerstone, a new firm started by Thomas and Frederick Elghanayan. Major Rockrose-retained properties post-split include 100 Jane Street, 41 River Terrace and 200 Water Street.
