Rose Associates is a full service residential real estate development and management company founded in 1928 by David and Samuel Rose during the pre-Depression real estate boom. Descendants Adam Rose and Amy Rose serve as co-presidents. Adam's brother Jonathan Rose founded green development focused Jonathan Rose Companies in 1989.

The current Rose Associates portfolio includes 70 Pine Street, the art-deco skyscraper once known as the American International Building, where the firm is currently overseeing luxury rental apartment conversions. Rose was also behind leasing and sales at Oro, a sold out a luxury condominium tower in Downtown Brooklyn where sales prices went over $900 dollars per square foot.

The company is considered to be one of the city's largest management companies, managing more than 26,000 apartments as of October 2013. Rose managed Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village on and off between 2004 and 2012, the historic private residential development bordering the Gramercy and the East Village neighborhoods.
