    Singer & Bassuk Organization is a boutique commercial real estate firm that handles the financing for various types of real estate transactions. The firm was co-founded in 1995 by Richard Bassuk and Andrew Singer, the firm has handled deals as low as $5 million and transactions as large as $400 million, though it tends to focus on mid-range deals worth around $50 million. Several of the deals Singer & Bassuk has worked on has helped to transform or revitalize downtown Manhattan. In 2003 the firm closed on a $70 million bridge loan to fund the conversion of 63 Wall Street. In 2015 the firm arranged a $60 million loan on behalf of Rockrose Development to refinance 110-114 Horatio Street in the West Village, which had been damaged during Hurricane Sandy. The firm also has been heavily involved in TFCs seven-building mega-development in Long Island City, which has required more than $1 billion in financing since 2010.
