Trump International Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage firm that specializes in luxury properties worldwide. Launched in 2012 and operating under the Trump brand, the brokerage is the Donalds first push into the brokerage world (aside from selling his own properties). The firm began with about 20 agents but has since expanded to include offices in New York City, Chicago, Miami, and Las Vegas, among other locations. The brokerage has since opened a sales office at the Trump National Doral golf resort in Florida. The brokerage is run by Donalds daughter, Ivanka, who has expanded her influence within the Trump Organization in recent years. The firm has listed a number of luxury and trophy apartments over the years, including a single-family condominium in 2014 that listed for nearly $15 million (the priciest in the city that week). One of the brokerages top agents also sold Donald Trumps Park Avenue penthouse for $21 million in 2015.
