Vicus Partners is a full-service boutique commercial real estate firm that represents tenants exclusively, priding itself on being an unwavering advocate for its clients. The firm was founded by Bertram Rosenblatt and Andrew Stein in 2007. The firm also offers consulting and advisory services for its clients, including Skanska, Axciom, and Carnegie Mellon University. Many of the firms clients are in the non-profit, legal, and finance industries. The firm also has partnered with Handel Architects on several projects, including doubling the architecture firms existing space and relocating them into the financial district. Vicus also helped the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society when the non-profit outgrew its office space at 475 Park Avenue South and helped it move to new office space at 61 Broadway. Vicus also has played a vital role in helping tech firms establish a foothold in Manhattan in recent years.
