Winzone Realty is a Chinese-owned Queens-based real estate brokerage founded in 2002 by Ben Pan, who was a mailman at the time.

In 2016, Winzone was determined to be the largest firm in terms of the number of real estate agents it uses (a little more than 630, according to an analysis of Department of State broker records by The Real Deal), and it closed $454M in sales there between April 2016 and March 2017.

Most of its brokers are of Chinese heritage and focus on the large Chinese community in Flushing, which is the firms core nexus. In October 2015 the firm had the second-most expensive listing to hit the market that month, a $3.5 million Forest Hills home.
