Adam Tantleff is the managing principal of investor relations at Madison Realty Capital, a real estate management and investment firm in New York. Tantleff joined Madison in 2005, after leaving Suffolk Capital Management where he was an equity partner.

Madison Realty Capitals largest projects include loans for a seven story mixed-use Elmhurst, Queens development for $70 million, a conversion of the former Saint Johns Hospital. In December of 2014, Madison announced an $89 million multifamily property development in Clinton Hill, Brooklyna 27,500-square-foot 80/20 housing project. That same year Madison accumulated a series of contiguous properties in Harlem constituting an entire city block on Frederick Douglass Boulevard between 111th and 112th streets. -WP
