    Andrea Olshan

    Andrea Olshan is the CEO of Manhattan-based real estate investment trust Seritage Growth Properties and chairman of her family's firm Olshan Properties, where she was CEO from 2012 to 2021, when she left for Seritage.

    Seritage, which was formed to manage a vast retail portfolio acquired from Sears Holdings in 2015, holds 158 wholly-owned properties and 25 unconsolidated properties totaling approximately 26.5 million square feet.  Olshan took the reins of Seritage at a difficult time, as the pandemic-driven retail implosion had left most of the firm's properties standing empty.

    Olshan is married to Michael Odell, and the couple has twins, a boy and a girl. She graduated from Harvard and received her MBA from Columbia Business School.
