    Azita Aghravi is a commercial sales broker at Eastern Consolidated, one of the New York City areas largest investment-sales brokerage firms. She has served as a Principal of the firm since 1998 and specializes in elevatored apartment buildings, vacant buildings for hotel or residential use, walk-up residential buildings with a strong ground floor retail presence, office buildings and commercial condominiums.

    Aghravi has closed over $1 billion of sales, including the $20.1 million sale of a 47,400 square foot 16-story residential property at 114-116 West 86th Street. She was recognized in 2004 and again in 2007 as Broker of the Year, a distinguished award at Eastern Consolidated. Aghravi joined the firm in 1989.

    A native Tehran, Iran, Aghravi fled the country and came to New York City in 1978.
    She holds a B.S. from New York University and is fluent in English, Farsi, Hebrew, French and Spanish. Aghravi is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
