Brian Ezratty is an investment sales executive at Eastern Consolidated, one of the New York City areas largest investment-sales brokerage firms. Ezratty has been with Eastern Consolidated for 26 years and currently serves as a Principal and Vice Chairman of the firm. He is responsible for the sale of over $10 billion of commercial real estate during his career, including a 350,000 square foot office building at 28 West 44th Street he sold twice, a 600,000 square foot full block-front office building at 685 Third Avenue, a 475,000 square foot full block-front office building at 100 Wall Street, and a 350,000 square foot office building for residential conversion at 90 West Street. In total, he sold over 70 development sites and parcel assemblages in New York City over the course of his career.

Ezrattys career has seen many highs, including winning the Real Estate Board of New Yorks Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award in 1993 for his sale of the Ed Sullivan Theater and office building to CBS. Sought after by many high profile clients, he has represented J.P. Morgan Chase, S.L. Green, The Battery Park City Authority, and the Related Companies, to name just a few. In 1996, he was named to Crains New York Business 40 under 40.

A graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with honors, Ezratty is a member of the Sales Brokers Committee at The Real Estate Board of New York.
