    Brock Emmetsberger is the first vice president of sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, the biggest investment-sales brokerage in New York City in number of deals. He works out of the firms 275 Madison Avenue headquarters.

    Emmetsberger specializes in the Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea. He has since 2006 brokered sales throughout New York City, however, worth a total of more than $600 million.

    Notable deals include the sale of the Milan apartment building on West 23rd Street for $39.25 million; the Manhattan Mini-Storage building, also on West 23rd, for $30.5 million; a Union Square loft building trade for $19 million; and the sale of 239 West 20th Street for $6.05 million, the highest price per square foot ever for a mostly rent-regulated walkup in Chelsea.

    Emmetsberger originally joined Massey Knakal in 2003 to do information technology and office administration. He was promoted to sales director for Chelsea in 2006.
