Charles Borrok is an executive vice chairman at Cushman & Wakefield, a commercial real estate firm, where he has worked since 1992. He and Josh Kutiloff were the firms highest-performing salesmen in 2009. He has been involved on over 70 million-square-feet of lease transactions. His son is New York real estate investor, Andrew Borrok.

One of Borroks largest deals was in 1999, when he and a Cushman team leased nearly 400,000-square-feet to Insurance Services Office at 545 Washington Boulevard in Jersey City. Borrok also worked on Pfizers 275,000-square-foot lease at 685 Third Avenue in 2003 and The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporations 200,000-square-foot lease at 55 Water Street in 2009. In 2010, Borrok and a team represented WNET on their move into 103,000-square-feet at 825 Eighth Avenue. In Chicago, Borrok was a part of the 140,000-square-foot deal that led to the name change of the Sears Tower to the Willis Tower.

Borrok is a past recipient of the Real Estate Board of New Yorks Most Ingenious Deal of the Year award.
